Network6 has published the launch of Theia FM and Heyfixit, with a focus on how the service charges for contractor work.

Vishak C. Prakash, founder of Heyfixit, and Christy Smith, founder of Theia FM.
Under the management-fee model, Theia FM passes contractor invoices to clients at cost and charges an agreed fee for managing the estate. Heyfixit's AI agents handle the administration around each job, while Theia FM's team manages the work and the client relationship.
The release also explains the alternative for clients who prefer it, or whose estate data does not yet support a management fee: a cost-plus arrangement, with an agreed percentage added to the cost of works.
For contractor time, FairTime Pricing uses 30-minute increments. The agreed quote remains the maximum charge while the scope stays the same.

Yes. Clients who prefer a cost-plus arrangement, or whose estate data does not yet support a management fee, can pay the cost of works plus an agreed percentage. The no-markup approach applies to the management-fee model.
